I have lived a long and colorful life. I've made good and bad choices. I have 22+ years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My life's work can be summed up in three words: "offering people hope".

"Just do it" everything will work out. We as humans have a tendency to procrastinate and sometimes overthink things. I help clients navigate self-doubt, life transitions/changes, anxiety and just plainly being stuck. My goal is to empower you to overcome obstacles and take the journey we call life with inner joy and peace at the end of each day.
