A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.

My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build confidence, and create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. I will help clients explore anxiety, self-doubt, and life changes in a supportive, compassionate space.

My specialties include sex therapy and support for desire disparity, infidelity recovery, couples communication and conflict repair.

The majority of my clients include teens, adults, and couples. My specializations include anxiety, depression, human sexuality, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. I have experience working with people who have survived sexual assault and intimate partner violence.

I utilize Christian Counseling and an Eclectic approach (a combination of talk therapy and somatic/holistic practices). I have experience working with a wide range of individuals, with my most recent experience including college students and young adults.

I specialize in counseling for relationship issues, marital and premarital concerns, and chronic illness. I create a supportive space where you can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change.

I am an independent licensed social worker in clinical practice. My previous work experience has been in mental health in the community and the prison system. I have also worked in a hospice providing grief counseling.

I currently provide therapy in South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Vermont. My passion is helping others heal using evidence-based holistic and complementary modalities, as well as evidence-based clinical modalities that fit your cultural and spiritual beliefs.

I currently work as a licensed practitioner of the healing arts at a mental health clinic and have worked there for the last 4 years. I have six years of clinical experience and have worked in IOP and PHP settings.
