I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes in creating a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and valued. My approach is grounded in empathy, trust, and collaboration, helping you build on your strengths, gain clarity, and move toward healing, balance, and personal growth.

Starting therapy can be challenging. I congratulate you on beginning this journey. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and substance use struggles. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs.

I have lived a long and colorful life. I've made good and bad choices. I have 22+ years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My life's work can be summed up in three words: "offering people hope".

I believe counseling helps you process life transitions and challenges that bring shifts in your emotions, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors. My goal is to create a space where you can explore these changes and find clarity.

I work with women and teens navigating major life transitions and the emotions that come with them. My passion lies in perinatal mental health and helping clients find ways to manage challenges, build resilience, and create a path forward that aligns with their values and goals.

I have worked with a wide range of concerns to include anxiety, depression, parenting and family problems, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in both children and adults, along with adolescents, and concerns around addiction.

I believe in working with the client where they are and using tools that fit the needs of the client. I have worked with many different types of clientele. I have worked with children and teenagers, couples and families, and people with minor disabilities such as autism.

Life, work, school, and families are often full of challenges, stress, and sometimes serious conflict, pain, and grief. I help people learn to overcome hurts and challenges, reduce and manage stresses, and heal and strengthen relationships.
