I utilize Christian Counseling and an Eclectic approach (a combination of talk therapy and somatic/holistic practices). I have experience working with a wide range of individuals, with my most recent experience including college students and young adults.

I work with adults, adolescents, families, and couples facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting challenges, grief and loss, gender identity, sexual trauma, and ADHD. It takes courage to pursue a more fulfilling and happier life. I am here to support, encourage, and empower you on that journey.

My pronouns are (she/her). I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 2012. I earned a master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2019. I am licensed to practice in the states of NC, SC and VA.

I currently work as a licensed practitioner of the healing arts at a mental health clinic and have worked there for the last 4 years. I have six years of clinical experience and have worked in IOP and PHP settings.

I have been a therapist for a little over ten years. I am licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. My approach to therapy is rooted in reality.

I'm an African American psychotherapist, wife, and mother of two. Overcoming early motherhood at 16 taught me resilience and balance. I provide therapy to individuals of all ages and races, addressing everyday challenges women face and the unique struggles of children and men.
