I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years in human services and nearly 20 years providing therapy. I work with adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I have more than 26 years of experience working with children and families. I started out my career as a social worker and worked with elderly and disabled adults, and went on to also work in Child Welfare. In 2008, I completed my master's degree in Counseling Psychology and, since then, have focused on my work as a therapist.

Therapy can be hard. I like to inject as much compassion, humor, and happiness as I can into the therapeutic process as we resolve many of life's challenges. I specialize in trauma, all addictions, PTSD, anxiety, sex therapy, couples and marriage counseling, parent counseling, ADHD, Spirituality, and Careers.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, helping individuals navigate grief, childhood trauma, and emotional overwhelm. My practice is built on the belief that emotion isn't a symptom, but a pathway towards healing. I help clients find answers to their deepest questions.

I am an LCSW. My approach is to help you figure out what challenges you are facing and the best way to adapt to stressful situations, treat your anxiety, depression, etc., as there is not one approach that is right for everyone. I focus on behavior identification and change in order for you to understand the root cause of your feelings.
