I feel incredibly lucky to have found a profession that allows me to use my skills in empathy, confrontation, and communication to help others.

I have more than 26 years of experience working with children and families. I started out my career as a social worker and worked with elderly and disabled adults, and went on to also work in Child Welfare. In 2008, I completed my master's degree in Counseling Psychology and, since then, have focused on my work as a therapist.

My approach is to help you figure out what challenges you are facing and the best way to adapt to stressful situations, treat your anxiety, depression, etc., as there is not one approach that is right for everyone.
