I’m an LCSW and the founder of Compassionate Counseling & Psychotherapy Services. I provide a safe, supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can explore challenges, strengthen relationships, and move toward emotional healing and personal growth.

I am a first-generation immigrant and a Navy veteran. My experience in the military and work in child and adult protective services, foster care, adoption, and crisis intervention has given me the knowledge and experience to provide services and support. I deeply believe that people do the best they can in the circumstances they encounter.
