When someone finds out I'm a psychotherapist, this question often comes next: "How can you listen to problems all day?" My response? "Oh no, that's not my job; I watch people become their best selves!"

I’m a clinical social worker with a lifelong curiosity about what it means to be human—what helps us heal, grow, and find peace. I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.

I believe you are the expert in your story, and when you feel safe, heard, and understood, change can begin. I take a collaborative approach where we work as a team. I am especially helpful with political anxiety, generational trauma, relationships, parenting, life transitions, women's issues, women in tech, and trauma.

I support individuals through complex emotional and psychological challenges. Passionate about social justice, I actively engage in causes aimed at creating more equitable and compassionate communities. My identities and professional experience contribute meaningful perspective into the diverse experiences of family and identity.

I help adults make sense of patterns that keep showing up in their relationships, their parenting, and their inner world. My work is rooted in trauma awareness, attachment, and cultural identity, and I care a lot about creating a space where you can be fully yourself, not “the polished version.”

Life can get messy and complicated, and sometimes we just need a little help coping. We all have the potential to be living fully, experience joy even during times of trials. I have a track record marked by depth and tenacity. I earned top honors from Barry University, then spent the next two decades serving as a Behavioral Health Specialist, Clinical Director, Consultant, and Expert Witness.

I work with my clients and do not have them work for me. I help my clients to get through the hardest parts of their life as well as celebrate with them as they succeed. I got my Master's Degree In Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University.
