I’m the owner of The Wellness Spot. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges while building confidence, clarity, and emotional balance.

I've spent 15 years helping people stop circling the same patterns and actually change them. I'm warm, direct and honest - I'll hold space for your pain and challenge you to move through it. We won't just manage symptoms, we'll go deep to the root. I'll help you see yourself clearly, sit with what is hard, and build something different.

I specialize in working with women navigating divorce—whether you're in the beginning, middle, or final phase. I help you process the grief of losing your marriage and address the complex emotions that arise. I also support clients facing stress, self-esteem issues, adjusting to change, grief and loss, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

Feeling disconnected and dysregulated? My practice integrates traditional therapy with the grounding power of nature through mindful connection with the natural world. Clients learn to regulate stress, deepen self-awareness, and rediscover a sense of safety. I also help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build resilience.

Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and rooted in liberation, not symptom suppression. I don’t believe in passive therapy where you vent and nothing changes. I also don’t believe in cold, clinical therapy that disconnects you from your humanity. We build something real together.
