I am from Washington State, and I currently live in Birch Bay, WA. I was born in 1990. I'm an avid reader, and I also enjoy chess, meditation, backpacking, hunting, and boxing. I'm a bit of a nerd as well, and I build my own desktop computers. I would say the Pasayten Wilderness Area is one of my happy places.

I have extensive experience in counseling individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, work/life balance stressors, life transitions, substance use, and other areas.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting adults, teens, and families. I use evidence based therapy approaches in a collaborative, trauma informed, culturally responsive space where you can feel understood and supported.

I like to meet the client where they are at in life and treatment. I like to gauge what methologies are going to work for them, rather than make them mold to a single methodology. I employ empathy, person centered approaches as well as psychoeducational materials and worksheets. I like to help the client, but help the client help themselves.

I’m a clinical social worker with a lifelong curiosity about what it means to be human—what helps us heal, grow, and find peace. I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.
