Science has learned that there is a lot more to our problems than being able to 'just deal with it,' and I aim to help you be more prepared in life.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, integrating evidence-based practices to address how trauma affects you emotionally, physically, and relationally. My own experiences with adversity inform my practice, teaching me the importance of compassion, patience, and connection in healing.

I’ve been a licensed provider since 2013. I support adults working through anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges by helping them understand their nervous system, shift maladaptive patterns, and build lasting skills. Our work creates a steady, honest space for meaningful, sustainable change.

I like to meet the client where they are at in life and treatment. I like to gauge what methologies are going to work for them, rather than make them mold to a single methodology. I employ empathy, person centered approaches as well as psychoeducational materials and worksheets. I like to help the client, but help the client help themselves.

I have a track record marked by depth and tenacity. I earned top honors from Barry University, then spent the next two decades serving as a Behavioral Health Specialist, Clinical Director, Consultant, and Expert Witness.

Obtained her Doctor of Psychology degree from California Southern University and holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Webster University. She has been accredited as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2013. Specializes in Addiction, Anger Management, Mental Health Issues, Anxiety, and depression.
