I’m a mom of two and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Through my lived experience and training, my practice is dedicated to supporting individuals and families during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

I create a comfortable environment to address the uncomfortable and find ways to cope with life's stresses and childhood traumas.
