Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and challenged. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting adults, teens, and families. I use evidence based therapy approaches in a collaborative, trauma informed, culturally responsive space where you can feel understood and supported.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, integrating evidence-based practices to address how trauma affects you emotionally, physically, and relationally. My own experiences with adversity inform my practice, teaching me the importance of compassion, patience, and connection in healing.

I’m a clinical social worker with a lifelong curiosity about what it means to be human—what helps us heal, grow, and find peace. I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.

Robert Peterson is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults overcome life's challenges. Having spent much of his career in international school settings, Robert has deep expertise in helping youth cope with cultural adjustment, displacement, isolation, and stress.

I’m a trauma-informed therapist who believes healing happens in spaces where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and not judged. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, we can work together to make sense of what’s happening and move toward something that feels more aligned.

I like to meet the client where they are at in life and treatment. I like to gauge what methologies are going to work for them, rather than make them mold to a single methodology. I employ empathy, person centered approaches as well as psychoeducational materials and worksheets. I like to help the client, but help the client help themselves.

When things feel off or overwhelming, it helps to have a steady place to sort through it. We’ll look at what’s shifting, make sense of it together, and consider options that support real progress and relief.
