I'm a licensed therapist with experience supporting individuals through life transitions, stress, and emotional challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, to help you feel heard, empowered, and supported in making meaningful change.

I like to meet the client where they are at in life and treatment. I like to gauge what methologies are going to work for them, rather than make them mold to a single methodology. I’m a clinical social worker with a lifelong curiosity about what it means to be human—what helps us heal, grow, and find peace. I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.

I work with people facing depression, anxiety, situational changes, end-of-life concerns, addiction and recovery, and systemic issues like racism, sexism, ageism, and genderism.

I enjoy working with adolescents, individuals, couples, and LGBTQ clients. I specialize in anxiety, stress, and life challenges by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help my clients make positive progress and start feeling better.

Rachel provides clinical astute and faith-integrated telehealth counseling in Texas and Washington, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and maternal/paternal mental health. She has a particular focus on marriages at every stage — from premarital preparation, to infidelity recovery, to empty nest transitions.
