I’m a clinical social worker with a lifelong curiosity about what it means to be human—what helps us heal, grow, and find peace. I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.

I am licensed in Washington with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, bipolar disorder, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. My style is supportive and empathetic, grounded in respect for your choice to seek therapy. I offer observations and alternatives while recognizing you're ultimately in charge of the process.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Substance use disorder professional. I prefer to work with adults and older adults experiencing difficulty coping with mental health symptoms, coping with trauma, and/or substance use-related impacts.
