They know all too well what their problems are and what they should or should not be doing, like worrying less or not being so hard on themselves. But they keep doing the same things over and over. They’re stuck. They doubt what therapy can do for them.

I utilize an approach that incorporates existential, cognitive behavioral, humanistic, and developmental strategies in the resolution of situational, personal, and relational challenges. I have worked with individuals and families in groups from ages 3 to 87 with issues related to mood, anxiety, trauma, personality, and relationship difficulties.
