I’m a clinical social worker with a lifelong curiosity about what it means to be human—what helps us heal, grow, and find peace. I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.

I’m an attachment-focused, relational therapist who believes healing happens in connection. I help you get clear on what’s most important to you and support you in moving toward a life that feels more meaningful. Along the way, we’ll explore how your relationships and environment shape you, while deepening your understanding of yourself.

As a clinical psychologist with two decades of experience, I work with couples, high performers, and caregivers who keep hitting the same limits in their effectiveness, relationships, or well-being. I specialize in working with women navigating divorce—whether you're in the beginning, middle, or final phase. I help you process the grief of losing your marriage and address the complex emotions that arise. I also support clients facing stress, self-esteem issues, adjusting to change, grief and loss, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and rooted in liberation, not symptom suppression. I don’t believe in passive therapy where you vent and nothing changes. I also don’t believe in cold, clinical therapy that disconnects you from your humanity. We build something real together.

My life has led me to believe in the power of internal peace. An individual, regardless of one's past, present, and future, is deserving of the peace that comes from loving oneself and being able to show love to others. I believe you are the expert in your story, and when you feel safe, heard, and understood, change can begin. I take a collaborative approach where we work as a team. I am especially helpful with political anxiety, generational trauma, relationships, parenting, life transitions, women's issues, women in tech, and trauma.

People want to decrease stress, feel grounded, and secure. It's what I want too. We often become stuck in circumstances and in our own minds, which can cause significant distress and erode our sense of self. I can help you sort through difficult thoughts, emotions, and change behaviors that do not serve you anymore.
