I am a licensed mental health counselor with 12+ years of mental health and healthcare experience. I am a mental health counselor and have been independently licensed since 2016, and have worked in mental health since 2012. I have extensive knowledge of mental illnesses and knowledge and understanding of psychopharmacology.

As a military veteran, I offer trauma-informed therapy focused on respect, resilience, and healing. I specialize in navigating trauma, stress, and life transitions. My goal is to honor your lived experience and help you feel safe, empowered, and seen throughout your healing journey.

My practice is eclectic and borrows from psychodynamic and humanistic orientations. I believe that each person’s rich subjective experience is fundamentally unique. I am a person-centered therapist who approaches therapy in a collaborative way. Most of my practice has historically been trauma (sexual, childhood, military, etc.), depression, anxiety, and women's issues. However, I have experience with other types of concerns as well.
