I help you process the grief of losing your marriage and address the complex emotions that arise. I also support clients facing stress, self-esteem issues, adjusting to change, grief and loss, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.
