I have a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and over 20 years of experience working with couples and families. I’m also a spouse, a father, a U.S. Army veteran, and a recreational sailor. My professional training and life experience help me understand how relationships are shaped by stress, expectations, and communication styles.

I am an MSW, LICSW, an adoptee, and a therapist who specializes in psychotherapy for adoptees. I understand how adoption can shape identity, grief, attachment, and relationships in ways that are often misunderstood.
