I have worked with clients from 3 to 93 years of age. I have practiced in many different settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, primary care offices, inpatient mental health units, substance use, in jails, and prisons. I have developed a well-rounded toolbox to assist my clients in achieving the life that they want to live.

I'm dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges, heal from emotional pain, and build more fulfilling, balanced lives. My practice provides a compassionate, client-centered space where we work together to foster growth, resilience, and lasting change.

My mission is to help the hurting. I do so primarily by Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused techniques. I have treated Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Relational Issues, Co-parenting, Infidelity, Life transitions, Pre-marital counseling, Grief and Loss, and much more.

I want to work with you to gain the tools and strategies to help you move past the area that is of concern. I believe that we must find the positive and the good in each day, even if it's small, to give us the power and motivation to move forward. It is not always easy, but it is definitely worth it.

I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Loss, Divorce, and those making significant behavioral changes including Weight Loss and managing Addictive Behaviors.

Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and rooted in liberation, not symptom suppression. I don’t believe in passive therapy where you vent and nothing changes. I also don’t believe in cold, clinical therapy that disconnects you from your humanity. We build something real together.

I'm a queer, nonbinary, Chinese American, international, and transracial adoptee who has grown up in WA state. I've worked in community mental health. I strive to acknowledge and actively challenge how power, privilege, and systemic injustice impact us. I feel honored and energized to be practicing in the place I choose to call home!
