People want to decrease stress, feel grounded, and secure. It's what I want too. We often become stuck in circumstances and in our own minds, which can cause significant distress and erode our sense of self. I can help you sort through difficult thoughts, emotions, and change behaviors that do not serve you anymore.

My clients grow more attuned to themselves and to their stories, and they experience freedom from thinking patterns and wounded beliefs.

I work with my clients and do not have them work for me. I help my clients to get through the hardest parts of their life as well as celebrate with them as they succeed. I got my Master's Degree In Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University.

I am a licensed mental health clinician with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Washington, earned in 2021. For the past three years, I have worked as a mental health assessor, supporting individuals through complex emotional and psychological challenges.

My journey began advocating for individuals in the criminal justice system in public defender offices.
