My goal is to explore with you areas in your life that have caused pain and suffering, help you to achieve greater self-awareness, and increase personal growth.

The thing is, as you look around, you don't see other members of your original community. Oh, this is not the first time you've been one of the few or even one of one, but this is a new level. I retired from community mental health to begin private practice part-time in 2020. Three main career tracks have been teaching, administration, and counseling. I am the author of several books and am currently writing one to help caregivers. I am also an ordained minister with my denomination and enjoy working with clients of most all ages.
