I retired from community mental health to begin private practice part-time in 2020. Three main career tracks have been teaching, administration, and counseling. I am the author of several books and am currently writing one to help caregivers. I am also an ordained minister with my denomination and enjoy working with clients of most all ages.

I believe you are more than your hardest moments. I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults who may feel misunderstood, distrust therapy, or have been labeled “difficult.” My goal is to offer a space where you can be yourself, feel genuinely understood, and still be challenged to grow.
