I’m a Tucson native and a graduate of Northern Arizona University, where I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and families facing challenges such as emotional regulation, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

As a mastered clinical psychotherapist I have 9 years of clinical practice, and 30 years of social service support with individuals, families, organizations, and communities to navigate life through grief, trauma, loss, and life transitions.
