I come from a background consisting of over a decade of clinical and forensic experience, working with vulnerable populations and those afflicted with many types of mental health diagnoses and disorders. I obtained a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and have been practicing as a licensed professional since April of 2024.

I specialize in using EMDR to treat trauma and anxiety. I have a passion for helping people heal from the trauma of their past and discover their potential for a fulfilling future. I also help people decrease their anxiety so they can enjoy the present moment. I work well with those who have had past poor experiences in therapy.

I am a Certified Gottman Therapist, specializing in treating couples in crisis with affair recovery and pre-marital counseling. As an individual client, my approach of CBT & DBT techniques lets me dive deep to help you reflect and gain insight that may evade you.

With professional roots in Chicago, I now operate a fully remote practice based in Nevada. I offer secure, flexible telehealth therapy for clients residing in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Illinois.
