For nearly 30 years, I have had the privilege of working as a therapist and walking alongside teens, adults, and families through some of life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. A native New Yorker who grew up mostly in the San Fernando Valley, I graduated from New York University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Drama in 2001, and earned my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern California in 2009.

I am a California-licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in social work and a second undergrad in Religious and Philosophical Studies. My combination of education and personal application of psychology, sociology, and spirituality has reduced my negative self-perceptions and increased skills that are passed on to my clients.
