I work with adults and couples, providing a supportive and collaborative space to navigate life challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

My approach to working as a therapist is that people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. My work is about helping you better understand yourself, navigate difficult seasons, and develop the confidence and self-trust to move toward the life you truly want.

I provide psychoeducation, social services, and direct mental health therapy in both English and Spanish. I've successfully treated clients from different ethnic, cultural, sexual and gender, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds experiencing depression, anxiety, attachment, PTSD, impulse control, and conduct disorders.

I also have a master’s degree in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and specialized training in the integration of Christian faith and psychology.
