I’m a therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, life transitions, and the pressure of feeling like you always have to keep it together. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, blending practical tools with Brainspotting, art therapy, mindfulness, and somatic work.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Art Therapist. I have been practicing for the past 11 years with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I have over two decades of experience working in mental health, the last 10 as a therapist. I blends drama therapy embodiment techniques and mindfulness with talk therapy. I believe that therapy and healing work best when paired with creativity and connection.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I’ve had exciting opportunities to work in a variety of therapeutic settings including an inpatient psychiatric hospital treating a higher level of acuity, intensive outpatient program supporting teens.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I’ve been providing therapy for the past six years. I’m a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes you deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported while also being challenged to grow. I am an adult adoptee who has worked in the foster care/adoption field for over 7 years, as well as working with addiction/recovery, trauma-informed care, and homelessness services in various capacities for nearly the same amount of time. I am a married mom of 2 with a heart full of compassion, kindness, and lived experience.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a multidisciplinary and eclectic therapeutic approach. I am a transplant from the field of Religious Studies where I have lived and worked on Native American Reservations (Rez). I tend to flow where I am needed and I bring my survivalist approach to my practice.

I help clients identify the thoughts, feelings, and unconscious processes that create a cycle with their environment that is very challenging to get out of on one's own.
