I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who have dealt with depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, relationship issues, intimacy issues, infidelity, communication issues, substance use, anger, emotional dysregulation, and suicide ideation.

I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology. I also have a master’s degree in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and specialized training in the integration of Christian faith and psychology. Spirituality or Christian faith is completely optional in our sessions. It’s your choice.

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, genuine, and human. I’m warm, transparent, empathetic, and occasionally bring some edgy humor. You can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, while we explore what’s keeping you stuck and what you want to change.
