I am a licensed therapist (LPC) and addiction specialist in Colorado. If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you don't have to navigate it alone. I have over ten years of experience working with all ages and presentations in individual, couples, and family therapy. I am person-centered, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental. I am trained as MFT, practicing as LPC. Additional areas: aging, rural areas, religious trauma, emerging adults, parenting support for Pathological Demand Avoidance.
