I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience working with individuals, LGBTQA+, single parents, pre-teens, using online therapy, and substance counseling. I’m also a Certified Addictions Counselor II.

I understand how difficult it is to reach out for help, especially when society has created such a negative stigma when it comes to therapy. I am here to assure you that doing so not only shows insurmountable courage and strength, but it also demonstrates a quality of character that not many people possess, which is the willingness to change.

I am an art therapist, psychotherapist, and visual artist. In my practice, I combine a wide range of therapeutic techniques with my creative background. What illuminates my practice is the deep belief that the past does not define who we are but teaches us who we want to become.

Driven by a love of exploration, I’ve lived in seven states but am originally from Colorado. Travel is my passion, along with life in the mountains with my family and our two husky–German shepherds. After surviving a TBI, I’ve learned that movement and connection ground a thriving life. I’m grateful to begin this journey with you.
