I’m a Doctor of Behavioral Health and Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in anxiety disorders, particularly OCD. I use evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), to help you break free from intrusive thoughts and compulsions in a supportive, structured space designed for lasting change.
