I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University.

My approach to counseling can be described as caring, compassionate and understanding. I strive to make sure all clients feel comfortable both physically and mentally. It is my goal to make you feel at ease and able to share the most vulnerable parts of what brings you to receive therapy. It is my hope that my approach will make you feel supported.

I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

Every human being's behavior in the here and now is influenced by events they have lived through in their past. My goal as a therapist is to help people navigate the here and now by deeply examining how those events are activated by our current world around us and healing the wounded parts.

I'm a LPC, a married woman who is child-free by choice. My background includes work with adult individuals, couples, parents, and children of all ages, which shapes how I support people through big life transitions: new jobs, moves, new relationships, careers, becoming a parent, or choosing not to.

Life can feel heavy, but you don’t have to carry it alone. I offer a warm, supportive space for women, mothers, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, grief, reproductive transitions, and relationship challenges. Driven by a love of exploration, I’ve lived in seven states but am originally from Colorado. Travel is my passion, along with life in the mountains with my family and our two husky–German shepherds. After surviving a TBI, I’ve learned that movement and connection ground a thriving life. I’m grateful to begin this journey with you.
