I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20+ years helping individuals and couples in Colorado move through grief, loss, trauma, and relationship pain. My work follows one framework: Mourn. Mend. Find Meaning. Online statewide, in-person near Grand Junction.

I have over ten years of experience working with all ages and presentations in individual, couples, and family therapy. I am person-centered, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental. I am trained as MFT, practicing as LPC. Additional areas: aging, rural areas, religious trauma, emerging adults, parenting support for Pathological Demand Avoidance.

I'm a LPC, a married woman who is child-free by choice. My background includes work with adult individuals, couples, parents, and children of all ages, which shapes how I support people through big life transitions: new jobs, moves, new relationships, careers, becoming a parent, or choosing not to.

Emotional pain can lead to isolating behaviors and make us feel like no one truly understands the depths of our suffering. Helping my clients navigate through life challenges and finding that "silver lining" leads to feeling more connected to ourselves and others. I feel honored and humbled to be a part of my client's healing journey.

Driven by a love of exploration, I’ve lived in seven states but am originally from Colorado. Travel is my passion, along with life in the mountains with my family and our two husky–German shepherds. After surviving a TBI, I’ve learned that movement and connection ground a thriving life. I’m grateful to begin this journey with you.

Every human being's behavior in the here and now is influenced by events they have lived through in their past. My goal as a therapist is to help people navigate the here and now by deeply examining how those events are activated by our current world around us and healing the wounded parts.

The greatest success in my helping career is meeting people where they are at and helping them find the growth and peace they are looking for. I do therapy because I choose to continue to use my hard earned skill set through years of working with people in the hardest parts of their lives.

I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University.
