Driven by a love of exploration, I’ve lived in seven states but am originally from Colorado. Travel is my passion, along with life in the mountains with my family and our two husky–German shepherds. After surviving a TBI, I’ve learned that movement and connection ground a thriving life. I’m grateful to begin this journey with you.

I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges while seeking deeper clarity, emotional balance, and personal growth. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

My philosophy is humanistic and client-centered, with an eclectic approach that draws from many therapies. I choose tools based on your unique circumstances, needs, and goals. Undergirding all of this is the foundation of trust and safety in our therapeutic relationship.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a warm, person-centered approach to therapy; helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can build coping skills, gain insight, and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

My practice is rooted in the belief that feeling lost or uncertain is a natural human response to adversity, not a symptom of being 'broken.' I help clients reframe these difficult emotions as essential signals for healing, moving away from self-judgment and toward a deeper understanding of their inner world.

I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps adults who want more from life, their relationships, or themselves but feel stuck getting there. Together, we’ll navigate challenges, gain new perspectives and practical tools, and make meaningful progress toward greater fulfillment and life satisfaction.

I believe deeply in the strength of human connection and the healing power of being truly seen and heard. I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, infant and early childhood mental health, women's mental health, parenting, couples therapy, and navigating life transitions.

I am from the Midwest and grew up on a farm. I love incorporating animals and play into my work and helping individuals be the best version of themselves they can be.

The greatest success in my helping career is meeting people where they are at and helping them find the growth and peace they are looking for. I do therapy because I choose to continue to use my hard earned skill set through years of working with people in the hardest parts of their lives.

I have over ten years of experience working with all ages and presentations in individual, couples, and family therapy. I am person-centered, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental. I am trained as MFT, practicing as LPC. Additional areas: aging, rural areas, religious trauma, emerging adults, parenting support for Pathological Demand Avoidance.
