I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) LCSW. My practice is built on deep empathy and lived experience, creating a safe, judgment-free space for your healing. Driven by a love of exploration, I’ve lived in seven states but am originally from Colorado. Travel is my passion, along with life in the mountains with my family and our two husky–German shepherds. After surviving a TBI, I’ve learned that movement and connection ground a thriving life. I’m grateful to begin this journey with you.
