I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University.

I'm a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in Adult ADHD, substance use, BPD, and other conditions. I’m not your typical “blank slate” therapist; I’m open and direct about the challenges that come with having Adult ADHD and how it can make you feel deeply misunderstood and overwhelmed.
