I have over ten years of experience working with all ages and presentations in individual, couples, and family therapy. I am person-centered, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental. My passion for therapy grew from a deep curiosity about what helps people feel truly seen, understood, and connected. Early in my journey, I noticed how often people, including myself, carry heavy emotional burdens in silence while struggling to express their needs or navigate relationships without losing themselves.

I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my work. I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, addictions, grief and loss, sexual abuse, relationship challenges, anger, co-occurring disorders, and women's/men's issues.
