I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I help adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, and life's transitions with compassion, honesty, and accountability. My goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

I specialize in helping individuals manage addictions, anxiety, depression, and life stressors. My goal is to guide you toward personal growth, healing, and greater resilience.

Driven by a love of exploration, I’ve lived in seven states but am originally from Colorado. Travel is my passion, along with life in the mountains with my family and our two husky–German shepherds. After surviving a TBI, I’ve learned that movement and connection ground a thriving life. I’m grateful to begin this journey with you.

I work with people suffering from depression, anxeity, trauma, addictions and co-existing mental health disorders. I am a pre-9/11 veteran.
