I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

Driven by a love of exploration, I’ve lived in seven states but am originally from Colorado. Travel is my passion, along with life in the mountains with my family and our two husky–German shepherds. After surviving a TBI, I’ve learned that movement and connection ground a thriving life. I’m grateful to begin this journey with you.
