I'm a LPC, a married woman who is child-free by choice. My background includes work with adult individuals, couples, parents, and children of all ages, which shapes how I support people through big life transitions: new jobs, moves, new relationships, careers, becoming a parent, or choosing not to.

I provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults using an integrative approach. Many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationships, and behavioral concerns.

I also have experience supporting first responders and individuals working in high-stress helping professions.
