I am a licensed clinical therapist specializing in trauma, attachment wounds, codependency, grief, and relational patterns. My approach is EMDR-informed, person-centered, and collaborative, helping clients better understand emotional patterns, process difficult experiences, and create lasting change.

I look forward to meeting you. As a therapist, I help people untangle what’s not working and take steps toward something better. I specialize in working with clients navigating life transitions, stress and anxiety, low motivation, self-esteem, depression, and confidence struggles.

I hold professional credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and an ABS Board Certified Sex Therapist, among others. My primary therapeutic approach is known as Client-Centered or Rogerian, meaning it's not my job to 'fix' you but to help you learn how to figure it out.
