I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I am passionate about helping adults and teens navigate through life's challenges, whether they are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression or sports performance.

I hold professional credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and an ABS Board Certified Sex Therapist, among others. My primary therapeutic approach is known as Client-Centered or Rogerian, meaning it's not my job to 'fix' you but to help you learn how to figure it out.
