I am passionate about helping clients seek themselves in this journey of life through empowerment and guidance. I have been a catalyst for personal and relational transformation in people. I help individuals and couples navigate trauma, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, and life transitions with compassion and expertise.

I work with adolescents and adults to help them achieve their therapeutic goals using a holistic approach. When I'm not practicing therapy, I enjoy gardening, being outside, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and was trained by a Psychiatrist for 2 years. I use a variety of techniques and tools. Therapy is typically 8-16 weeks. Around 8 weeks, your symptoms should be going from Severe to Moderate, and at 16-18 weeks, moderate to mild. I practice from a faith-based perspective, but all are welcome.

I’m a licensed therapist in Colorado with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. I help adults work through anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD, relationship issues, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where real change can happen at your pace.

My therapeutic philosophy begins with cultivating safety and trust. I understand that I am entering your private world, and this is a deep and sacred trust. Whether or not that trust has been violated by others in the past, I will create a sanctuary in which hurts that have created trauma, anxiety, and depression can be explored and understood.

My approach to counseling can be described as caring, compassionate and understanding. I strive to make sure all clients feel comfortable both physically and mentally. It is my goal to make you feel at ease and able to share the most vulnerable parts of what brings you to receive therapy. It is my hope that my approach will make you feel supported.
