Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I am originally from North Carolina, was transported to Colorado via the military, and have lived here for almost 20 years. I am a licensed clinical social worker who truly enjoys advocating and assisting clients to reach their highest selves.

It can feel like addiction is writing your story, but it doesn't have to! We all have the strength to learn how to work with our brain and not let it have all the control. My goal is to help you hone the skills needed to find that strength and to help begin writing the story of the life that you have always envisioned for yourself.

I am an art therapist, psychotherapist, and visual artist. In my practice, I combine a wide range of therapeutic techniques with my creative background. What illuminates my practice is the deep belief that the past does not define who we are but teaches us who we want to become.
