I am a Licensed Professional Counselor originally from New York City, now in private practice after several years working with youth and adults in Colorado. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, anger, behavioral issues, and substance use — and I bring a direct, curious, no-fluff energy to the work.

Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying too much on your own. Therapy offers a space to slow things down, make sense of what’s been building, and begin moving forward with intention. I work with clients who are navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and the effects of past experiences, offering supportive, practical care.

I approach each client individually to focus on their goals, using a combination of CBT, mindfulness, and SFBT. I have vast experience with the LGBTQ+ population, addictions, depression, anxiety, as well as a handful of other areas.

Driven by a love of exploration, I’ve lived in seven states but am originally from Colorado. Travel is my passion, along with life in the mountains with my family and our two husky–German shepherds. After surviving a TBI, I’ve learned that movement and connection ground a thriving life. I’m grateful to begin this journey with you.

I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University.
