I am a Licensed Professional Counselor originally from New York City, now in private practice after several years working with youth and adults in Colorado. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, anger, behavioral issues, and substance use — and I bring a direct, curious, no-fluff energy to the work.

I hold professional credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and an ABS Board Certified Sex Therapist, among others. My primary therapeutic approach is known as Client-Centered or Rogerian, meaning it's not my job to 'fix' you but to help you learn how to figure it out.

I have worked in community mental health, crisis, law enforcement and private practice settings. I believe that you are the expert on your life, and I am here to help you navigate your challenges with kindness and unconditional support.
