I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor originally from New York City, now in private practice after several years working with youth and adults in Colorado. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, anger, behavioral issues, and substance use — and I bring a direct, curious, no-fluff energy to the work.

I'm a LPC, a married woman who is child-free by choice. My background includes work with adult individuals, couples, parents, and children of all ages, which shapes how I support people through big life transitions: new jobs, moves, new relationships, careers, becoming a parent, or choosing not to.

I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, and addiction including alcohol, substances, and gambling. I specialize in co-occurring disorders and support individuals through life transitions. I also help midlife women questioning their relationship with alcohol or managing increased stress.

I am an art therapist, psychotherapist, and visual artist. In my practice, I combine a wide range of therapeutic techniques with my creative background. What illuminates my practice is the deep belief that the past does not define who we are but teaches us who we want to become.

I strive to create a space where people feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered. I believe that growth happens through collaboration—when we walk alongside one another, explore challenges with curiosity, and build solutions that honor each person’s strengths.

I approach each client individually to focus on their goals, using a combination of CBT, mindfulness, and SFBT. I have vast experience with the LGBTQ+ population, addictions, depression, anxiety, as well as a handful of other areas.
