I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience working with individuals, LGBTQA+, single parents, pre-teens, using online therapy, and substance counseling. I’m also a Certified Addictions Counselor II.

Emotional pain can lead to isolating behaviors and make us feel like no one truly understands the depths of our suffering. Helping my clients navigate through life challenges and finding that "silver lining" leads to feeling more connected to ourselves and others. I feel honored and humbled to be a part of my client's healing journey.

I have over ten years of experience working with all ages and presentations in individual, couples, and family therapy. I am person-centered, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental.
